We absolutely adore this theater. The location is wonderful and we have never had an issue with parking. There are specials on different days and times to make movie going affordable for everyone. The CWX feature is sort of like Imax - really puts you in the movie.

Honest Johns is mainly boat storage and a kayak launch.  There are a few critters running around like gator the donut eating pig and also a store with a deck and an incredible view. We love to launch here because it is such a pretty part of the lagoon and there are so many mangrove sections where you can hide from the speed boats and see some amazing wild life.

St. Sebastian River State Park is, of course, a state park. Because of this, the entrance is in Brevard County and it moves into Indian River County.  The visitor center is a must see. It is small, but informative. There are modern and clean bathrooms around the corner.  The hike is enjoyable and interpretive. I haven't personally camped here, but I believe that it is primitive.

This is a great time. They are currently located at the marina next to Grillz on US 1.  The captain and staff are knowledgeable about the area and we always see dolphin.  We like to go once a year and also always bring company,

Enchanted Forest Sanctuary is a Brevard EELS program. There are over 400 acres of forest with trails where you can experience Florida wildlife.  There is also a wonderful interpretive learning center that I am certain is designed for children, but enjoyed by all ages.  Withing the learning center are clean and modern restroom facilities. There has always been ample parking any time we have been there.

Enchanted Forest Sanctuary

If you are a history buff, this museum is a must see.  While there are large artifacts in the parking area, there are many inside the museum that tell the story of war and hardship.  The curator has done a fantastic job including explanations to assist you along the way.  There is no cost to enter, but they kindly take donations and there is also a gift shop attached. There is a lovely park next door to stretch your legs, reflect, and get some fresh air when you have completed your tour.

Brevard Veterans Memorial Center

The food is always great and the service is always fun. This building has been so many things since we moved to the area, but it has been Archies the longest - they must be doing something right.

Fun place with good food and great service.  We love the outside patio and corn hole tournaments.

This is another EEL program/sanctuary, but it also is a pretty impressive historical site with a great museum that tells the story about the family and home. The first walking area takes you through time with interactive stations and the second takes you on more of a nature walk to the water. There is a place to picnic and restrooms. If you don't try this open-air restaurant for the German cuisine, try it for the ambiance.  Located in the Village of Cocoa, it is a great place to eat and unwind after shopping.

This is a lovely park that is famous for its fishing. The last time we were there a gentleman caught a shark off the pier. Shark aside, it is a lovely place for a walk, a picnic, or to launch your canoe. There are a few historic buildings on the property that open for tours at different times of the year.
